Read project Brand Studio identity

App-only Brand Studio read. Returns the project default reel identity pack, apply receipt, prewarm status, selectable presets/cut styles, account-scoped music-bed library, and authorized account scene identifiers for this project. This is a mirror/read path; it does not re-resolve existing reels.
