# Use the built-in agent

BitterClip's agent sits beside the editor. Open an Episode and it's already there. You don't
connect anything, and there's no prompt to learn.

## What to ask for

Say what you want the way you'd say it to an editor:

- **A cut.** "Make a 60-second highlight of this session focused on the pricing discussion."
- **A change to the cut you have.** "Tighten the opening." "Lose the sponsor tangent."
  "Start on her answer, not the question."
- **The picture.** "Use the wide shot for the intro." "Stay on the guest through that answer."
- **Finish.** "Add a title for Jay the first time he speaks." "Put a music bed under the cold
  open."
- **Delivery.** "Render it." Then download the MP4 or copy a review link from the Outputs tab.

You don't have to phrase anything a particular way, or know how the editor works. Say what's
wrong; the agent chooses how to fix it.

## How it works with you

- It reads the transcript and the picture before it cuts, and every cut point lands on the
  audio, not on a guess. Each change stays linked to the exact moment it came from.
- What it changes is an ordinary edit: keep adjusting it by hand, or undo it.
- Nothing renders until you ask, and nothing is published until you confirm that exact post.
- Ask for a clip and it makes a new one from the Episode rather than changing the Episode.

## Choose the model

Pick the agent's model in the chooser beside the composer, from low-cost models for simple
changes to the strongest for hard jobs like multicam cuts and reels. The models are served
through OpenRouter, and the chooser shows what a typical request costs on each.

## Agent work

Every plan includes agent work: $5 during the Creator trial, $10 a month on Creator, and $40 a
month on Producer, with $20, $50, and $100 top-ups. Each request costs what OpenRouter billed
for it, plus a flat 15% that covers OpenRouter's fees, card processing and requests that fail
after they're billed. Billing shows what's left. When it runs out, the editor still works by
hand.
