Account-level: every project of the account picks it up. Pass project_id when updating from a project FX tab; omit project_id from the account FX home. Pass an empty brand_name to clear the override back to the creator-name default. Project-addressed updates refresh prewarm when an identity is applied so preview media re-bakes with the new name.
